How to configure DPI settings in linux Mandriva

You can configure ~.kde4/share/config/kcmfonts
But this work only for 1st start of X-server.

[General]
forceFontDPI=192

You should configure ~.kde4/share/config/startupconfig

kcmfonts_general_forcefontdpi=\"180\"

To reach 180 DPI after every start of X-server.

I use 192 (ideal web fonts) - 196 (big web fonts) DPI for 1680x1050 resolution, for 10px size font, on 18.5 inches wide LCD.
